Introduction

Our plans for Norton Canes

Bloor Homes is bringing forward plans for up to 420 new homes on land to the west of Hednesford Road, Norton Canes. Our plans will help to meet the growing housing need in Cannock Chase whilst also integrating green infrastructure and community benefits to support sustainable growth.

Cannock Chase needs to deliver over 500 new homes a year to meet local need and it is crucial that this is done in a responsible and well-planned way. This development will provide a range of housing types, from homes for first-time buyers and growing families to options for older residents looking to downsize. We are also committed to delivering much needed affordable housing, ensuring local people have access to homes that suit their needs.
